

The auto company Ford is now the first to design its vehicles from a virtual consumer. The new Ford Verve for example, was designed from an imaginary avatar called Antonella who supposedly is a 28 years old woman living in Rome whose life is focused in friends, clubbing and parties. Gathering multiple opinions of car consumers, Ford designs the user first, their lifestyle, fashion, taste, personality, friends, etc, and later create de perfect car for that person. The result is a complete success across Europe and now in the US.
