The New Rest collection from Vondom was inspired by Origami, the Japanese art based in the folding of paper in order to get different forms and by the thinking line “Less is more”. The composition is formed by an armchair, sofa, and table, of which modular structure allows you to adapt them freely to any purpose in any space.

The manufacture technique is the rotomoulding, focused on a technology process that guarantees the maximum quality taking care of every detail. Rest shows the essence from its creators always loyal to elegance, beauty and exclusivity as the total adaption to customers.

From geometrical defined forms, along with the dynamic, elegant and lightness features, Rest is a collection that offers the maximum comfort to its users and is integrated perfectly in avant-garde architecture, thanks to its contemporary design from Spanish architects Joaquín Torres and Rafael Llamazares of A-cero Studio.

Looking for “space in the context of its sensual perception,” designer Sarah Lovgren has conceived a modular lounge named “La Bande” that can be modified to be used as both a seat and a recliner. Developed in comparison with Franzi Kohlhoff, the furniture splits up into two independent sections at one end of the bande, while the longitudinal split and the flexibility of the material allows the two sections to bend separately to form space. Both the sections of the bande are hooked into a slot in the base, which gives stability of the furniture to rest the users in utmost comfort.

Caligaris, an Italian company brings pride to their work making them a leader in the industry. Calligaris was founded in 1923, when Antonio Calligaris produced his very first chair the “Marocca” model. In the 1930′s, Antonio passed the family-owned business onto his son, Romeo. After thirty years, Romeo Calligaris was ultimately able to develop his father’s once small, Italian furniture store into an innovative, industry-leading company. Calligaris became so successful, that by the 1990′s, the company began selling its products internationally, and expanded into four new countries, including the United States.

When an accomplished furniture and interior designer gets together with a top New York set designer, you get Property. The home furnishings store on Wooster Street in New York´s Soho.

“Sophisticated Pop” is one way owners Sabrina Schilcher and Stefan Beckman describe Property. The shop´s aesthetic is new and sleekly modern, a reflection of its owners´ love for clean, beautiful shapes. Their approach: mix color, interesting objects and vintage artwork with contemporary furniture lines to create a distinctive and fresh environment.

Javier Mariscal is a Valencian Spanish artist and designer whose work has spanned a wide range of mediums, ranging from painting and sculpture to interior design and landscaping. He was born in February 1950 in the city of Valencia, Spain, into a family of eleven brothers and sisters. Since 1970, he has been living and working in Barcelona. His language is synthetic, with few strokes and a great deal of expressiveness. He started studying design at the Elisava School in Barcelona which he soon left so that he could learn directly in his environment and follow his own creative impulses. His first steps were in the world of underground comic, a task that he soon combined with illustration, sculpture, graphic design and interior design.
