Like in a small room, filled with pictures and other objects Colcci entered the world of collectables. One mix of references from different multiple universes like the military vintage with vests, shorts, overalls and jackets.

Untreated jeans, corset constructed clothes in white, grey and black, Bermuda shorts, skirts, shirts and mid length dresses and some volume in nylon and neoprene. A very commercial collection for a fashionista audience tired of watching trends that nobody can wear in real life.

This recognized Brazilian designer born in Minas Gerais, who is today one of the best designers in the country presented an intelligent collection where black and grey were almost the only colors used. During the first half of the show this combination of colors were present in clothes for a young and sophisticated woman. Dresses, mini dresses, tops, t-shirts, shirts, mini skirts, jackets with a perfect almost architectonic construction and a lot of embroidery and flawless details. During the second half color started to appear y little with touches of blue, red and soft yellow.

With a fashion show inspired in pilots an parachuters, the label 2nd Floor proved to be in a new place. After beginning as a multi-brand now 2nd Floor is at the top of the called “sophisticated streetwear”. A refined but young collection presented with hundreds of balloons and live music played by pianist Vitor Araujo giving us the sensation of being in the clouds.

Very feminine clothes with lots of details such as nylon fabrics covered with printed planes, colorful embroidery and leather and wool accessories. Classic pilot jackets in leather were a dominant element for both men and women looks in the collection. Colors, dark in most cases: brown, dark red and black did not make the collection a boring one but made it texture and visually rich.

For this winter 2009 Triton designer Karen Fuke worked again with a British influence this time inclined towards royalty. Little crowns complemented luxurious clothes with a rebel touch. A combination between the punk look and the perfection of British men´s fashion tailoring.

There also were military references in multi button double breasted jackets and blazers. In the fabrics she also combined fine textures and wool with cotton printed t-shirts with big sleeves.

With sounds of horses running Forum by Tufi Duek began the show, giving us the impression that we were going to see yet another country inspired collection. But the imagery slowly started to change into an argentinan gaucho look and later into a rocker Patti Smith style.

Skinny stockings in black leather accompanied by soft shirts and dresses sometimes complemented by ponchos in soft colors, white and black. As the show went on so did the sexyness in the clothes evoking a more Latin sentiment but equally rocker with boots, skinny pants, transparent materials, appliqués and crystals.
